Biography

Said AFIFI is born on October the 2nd 1983 in Casablanca, The city where where he lives and works.

His work flows freely between multiple mediums: interactive installations, photography, videos, so he can explore the possibilities offered by new technologies, and thus question our representation of reality.

Since his young age, he has been leading an identitary question that leads him to try and understand the world through his point of view, and the others one." Does the reality perceived by my senses make me see the world as it is? What is the place of imagination in my way of interpreting reality? How come some have become masters of our doubts and play with our fears, condition our behaviors by mastering our interrogations?"
